A grounded body.
A luminous emergence.

The Rising Form continues the Halo Noir equine series — where mass meets interruption.

The horse stands still.
Dark. Contained.

From its back rises a cold white neon contour — not illustrated, not symbolic in print, but physically present. The light does not describe feathers. It defines force.

This is not a printed glow.
The neon is real — mounted onto the canvas surface, spaced from it, electrically assembled, and individually tested.

Light becomes structure.
Shadow becomes depth.

Designed as a collectible art object, not decorative lighting.
